Late Arrivals
To be respectful to other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to see another stylist or reschedule. We always try to accomodate everyone but sometimes it is not possible.

Missed Appointments
We understand life is hectic and unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No shows & last minute cancellations within the 24 window, will require a deposit for booking that is non-refundable in the event of last minute cancellation or no show. Otherwise, the deposit will be applied to the service fees for the day.

No Show/ Last Minute Cancellation Booking Fee
A 50% cost of service fee will be collected upon booking your next appointment. As long as you show up and or cancel before the 24 hour window, this fee will be applied to your service cost. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.
